Pengertian Flanges


Flange adalah sambungan baut di mana dua buah pipa, equipment, fitting atau valve dapat dihubungkan bersama-sama. Mereka tersedia dalam berbagai bentuk, tekanan, rating dan ukuran untuk memenuhi persyaratan desain.

Ada enam tipe dasar flensa:


Blind Flange – Lap Joint Flange – Slip On Flange – Socket Weld Flange – Threaded Flange – Welding Neck Flange
Semua flensa ini mempunyai raised flange face kecuali lap joint flange yang hanya mempunyai flat flange face

Terdapat juga sejumlah Special Flanges:
